We have some news for our clients and partners: Sitehandy Solutions has moved into a new office. After several years operating out of Terminal Port Dickson, we've expanded into a larger space at Bangunan Arked MARA, right next to our previous unit.

For reference, our previous address was K4, Level 1, Terminal Port Dickson, 71000 Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. The two buildings are neighbours, so anyone who has visited us before will recognise the area immediately.
Why We Moved
Over the past few years, our team and the scope of our work have grown steadily. We now manage more hosting infrastructure, deliver more web and software projects, and host an expanding number of clients across Malaysia. Our previous unit at Terminal Port Dickson served us well, but it had simply become too tight for the way we now operate day to day.
The new office at Arked MARA gives us:
- More room to grow — a noticeably larger footprint than our previous unit, with dedicated zones for development, client meetings, and quiet focus work.
- A better space for clients — a more comfortable area to host walk-in clients, vendor meetings, and discovery sessions for new projects.
- Room for a bigger team — the new office comfortably fits more staff than our previous unit could.
- The same neighbourhood — still in the heart of Port Dickson, on the same street block, with the same easy access for our local clients.
Same Team, Same Service
While the address has changed, everything else stays exactly as it was. The same team you've worked with continues to look after your websites, hosting, billing, and support. Our phone numbers, email addresses, support channels, and billing portal remain unchanged. There's nothing you need to do on your end other than note the new address for future correspondence.
All ongoing projects, hosting services, and support tickets are completely unaffected by the move. Servers stay where they are, websites stay online, and our response times stay the same.
Drop By and Say Hello
If you happen to be in Port Dickson, drop by the new office. Whether it's to discuss a new project, sort out a hosting question in person, or just grab a coffee and see the new space, our door is open. The Arked MARA building sits right beside the Terminal Port Dickson complex.
